Panasonic Solar guarantees at least 90% of the minimum power output for each module within a period of 10 years. The minimum power output is 95% of the maximum power output. To give an example of the calculation, we can choose a panel from the list above. HIP 215 panel has a maximum power of 215W.

  • minimum power = 215W * 95% = 204W

Thus, if the module you have purchased has a 204W minimum power output, you can expect it to deliver at least 183.6 W from the moment it is up and running until the 10th year of its operation.

  • 10 years warranty = 204 * 90% = 183.6 

From year 11 to year 25, the warranty promises 80 per cent minimum output.That is equal to 163 W.
